Now that the Shoot had been completed we began to progress in our respective assigned tasks to achieve maximum amounts of work. Video Editing is being done by Mahnoor due to her previous experiences editing small independent videos for personal use which means that she is familiar with the editing program Adobe Premiere Pro and knows how to utilize it.
The first step was obtaining the Footage from the camera's SD card and transferring it into her laptop. We then reviewed the footage together and selected the shots we wanted to use and rejected extra or bad footage.
She started by organizing the footage in folders to be easily accessed when inside the program and so she wouldn't have to individually open each video, preview it to see if it's the required one or spend time looking for a certain shot in a mixed jumble of some odd 180 plus shots. So with quick organization she divided the folders into: RED, BLUE, YELLOW, BLACK, RESIDENCE and TELEPHONE Scenes and placed their respective footage inside it.
She began by following the Shot List and searched out all the shots needed and assembled them on the timeline:

The next step was trimming the videos:
The last step included the merging of all the footage (without the performance videos) into a continuous shot without the spaces between the footage that she had used to indicate performance sequences and bring some sort of a pattern onto the timeline to help locate what sections she wanted to work on in accordance to the Shot List. The audio was muted and The final rough cut was exported and uploaded on Youtube. It can be viewed below:
